[size=2]-at your nose level – to perform wai as respect, greet, thank you your parents, those who are older, higher position/rank than you;[/size]

大图的礼节应该是泰国最高的礼仪了。双手合十，额头触到手指，侧坐葡伏在地，对王室僧侣或是父母长辈才行此大礼，通常是在很正式很隆重的场合。

嘿嘿，这就是泰国特色。大家如果有机会和泰国人接触，或者见到Tik，一定要尊重或遵守或入乡随俗这些礼仪和风俗习惯。这里的解释让我想起中国传统的拱手礼，是看了一位姓王的民俗专家的电视节目才了解的：
& K/ p/ S& Z$ U& ^& R, A左手抱右手，左在外。两个拇指要并拢，不能互相压着。
但是，拱手礼的对象不同，则作揖的方式有细微差异。
  d% V& L$ y, c; @  a向老者作揖，放在自己右肩，以别人的左为上。
" d% }) o4 x% `* J* P$ C, n0 i. \0 E向平辈作揖，放在自己胸口。
- e) O; s$ o8 d! d$ Y1 w向晚辈作揖，放在自己左肩。
% n) X: y  H( q  B; n  c若同时向多人作揖问候，则左中右作揖三下，表示“大家好”或“过年好”。
也有特例，特殊情况才在自己左肩作揖，比如家里有长辈过世；或是被别人打趴下，心服对方才在自己左肩作揖。

( l1 s* r! ]- W  p" D合十礼的手掌高低位置取决于对象（在施礼者心中）地位高低。见TIK的时候，虽然年纪比他小，他的合十动作一直放到鼻子以上的位置呢，真是个好有礼貌的孩子
